Today our brand machines are being exported to many Gulf countries as well as to the regions of Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. We possess a state of the art manufacturing unit including ultra modern machinery and an efficient workforce. Our Quality

Since the inception of Amritsar Machine Tools, the product quality has been given the top most importance. This parameter is observed right from the raw material (including SS, die steel, gun metal, aluminium, CI casting, MS, etc.) procurement stage by our dedicated professionals. We have an in-house metallurgical laboratory to test all our manufactured products. The tests performed during the quality control process are shore hardness test, Leeb hardness test, Brinell hardness test, digital Rockwell hardness test, roughness test, Vickers hardness test, portable vibration test, ultrasonic flaw detection and infrared thermometer test. We also conduct ultrasonic gauge test to test coating thickness and other features of our machines.

Infrastructure

At Amritsar Machine Tools, safety and health of our operators is considered to be of vital importance. We employ very high safety norms in our factory for men and machines. All the transported part of the machine are fitted with guards. Observing continuous upgradation of technology involved in our infrastructural setup, we have installed the latest machinery in all our deptts.
